Are a climate company deploying distributed hardware. We do not finance consulting or professional services firms, developers, pure-play software firms, or large industrials.
Have some record of deployment to customers. We are not able to finance pre-revenue companies.
Have a business model built on contracted cash-flows (e.g., leases, loans, or “as a Service” products). Companies that do one-time sales are less suited for this model of financing.
Sell or produce hardware that has proven collateral value. The technology needs to be proven, and have some theoretical resale value in the case of a default. Technology that is still in the R&D stage is typically outside of our scope.
Have over 1 year of runway, or meaningful progress on a current equity raise
Require credit financing of $25M+ over the next 24 months. Companies with slower growth profiles are typically outside of our scope.
