Prior to joining Ezra, Zohair spent three years at Swell Energy, a leading virtual power plant developer, executing on the team's capital raising, project finance, and M&A goals. He is passionate about how capital can enable new technologies to radically improve the way we live. Prior to Swell, Zohair was an investment banker in Mizuho's Technology M&A practice.
