About the Role
ORKA is looking to bring on a B2B sales expert with extensive experience working in the world of commercial solar contractors and developers. Reporting directly into the CEO/Founder we’re looking for individuals that will help us build and manage a network of high-quality and compliant contractors and developers that resell ORKA commercial solar financing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new contractor/developer relationships that can driven meaningful commercial solar loan volume.
  • Provide an outstanding experience and support to the ORKA partner network.
  • Conduct phone and web-based appointments with installers to train installer and sales reps, build relationships, communicate developments, and collect feedback.
  • You will also solicit feedback on ORKAs products and services, conduct market intelligence, drive improvements, and act as an internal advocate for our partners.
  • Develop and improve sales operations processes.
  • Collect and resolve installer issues.
  • Manage communications with installers and maintain accurate records.
  • Work cross-functionally as a part of the ORKA team to grow our market share.
  • Forecast performance for your territory.


Must have

  • 3+ year experience working in a high growth environment, with 3+ years experience selling to and supporting a network of commercial solar contractors and developers.
  • Growth mindset, strong and natural relationship management skills.
  • Experience selling in both large and small startup companies.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation skills.
  • Highly passionate self-starter that can balance independent and collaborative style of working, with an entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity and professionalism.


Should have

  • Deep experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of financing, especially commercial and/or consumer loans.
  • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping financial product direction and partner (contractor) experience based on customer needs.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills that shine when you’re talking with a customer, working CEOs and CFOs, or engaging a cross-functional audience.
